Users will navigate through the database slightly differently and view new terminology like Homepages, Tiles and Navigation Bar. The upgrade includes navigation features to help users locate pages within the system, as well as user-specific customization's to enhance your experience. The upgrade to the fluid pages allows viewing on mobile devices such as a mobile phone, laptop and desktop. The mobile platform is also responsive as it recognizes the device form factor used, and adapts the layout to present a more dynamic picture to optimize the user’s experience.

  • Ensure travel authorizations are in an “approved” status by Friday, Oct. 13 prior to the upgrade implementation. Travel authorizations with a status of “pending” or “approval in process” will not convert over to the new 9.2 platform. These travel authorizations will have to be recreated in the new system.
  • Accounts payable will issue payments as normal on Friday, Oct. 20. Due to the 9.2 upgrade, PeopleSoft Financials will be unavailable until Monday, Oct. 24.
  • Employee pay advises will be available for viewing Friday, Oct. 13 for employees paid on both the biweekly and semimonthly schedules due to the conversion.
  • PSHR Electronic Workflow Appointment forms and Incidental Pay forms must be authorized by Friday, Oct. 13. Any form not authorized by this date will be cancelled. If a form is cancelled it can be re-submitted on Monday, Oct. 23.
  • PeopleSoft 9.2 new navigation
